Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of AYVA at www.ayvacosmoverse.org, operated by Ayva Cosmo Verse Org (“AYVA”, “we”). By using the site or contributing, you agree to these Terms, the Community Standards, and the Community Constitution. Where they conflict, applicable law prevails, then the Constitution.
1. Who can use AYVA
You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate information, keep your account (when accounts launch) secure, and don’t impersonate others. One person, one account.
2. Your contributions
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting public content (ideas, arguments, votes, replies), you grant AYVA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, translate, summarise and analyse it (including via AI) to operate and improve the platform. Public contributions are visible to everyone — don’t post anything you can’t share publicly, and don’t post others’ private information.
3. Acceptable use
Follow the Community Standards. Do not post illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or privacy-violating content; do not spam, scrape, or automate access; and do not attempt to breach security or evade rate limits. Good-faith criticism — including of AYVA and those in power — is welcome.
4. AI features
The Challenge Protocol and Connections use Anthropic’s Claude to analyse public idea text. AI output is assistive, may be imperfect, and is not professional advice. See the AI & Data-Use Notice.
5. Moderation & enforcement
We may edit, hide or remove content, or restrict posting, under the Moderation & Appeals policy. AI assists; humans decide appeals; there are no automatic permanent bans.
6. No professional advice
AYVA content is for public dialogue and learning, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
7. Availability & changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; we’ll post material changes on this page.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYVA and Ayva Cosmo Verse Org are not liable for user-generated content or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. [This section to be finalised on legal review.]
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
