    3. Jobs will change: Some traditional jobs may decline, while new technology-based jobs will emerge. Reskilling and education will therefore become extremely important.

    3. The real issue is access: AI itself does not decide whether inequality increases or decreases. Access to AI, education, skills, infrastructure, and fair policies will determine who benefits.
